So Sweet!!

I love this picture. Doesn't she look so peaceful!

She found a friend at McCall's party, they are only about 2 weeks apart! So cute.

She has started laughing, I absolutely love it! She thinks everything is so funny especially her brother Statton! He does everything to make her laugh. She is getting so big I can't believe it. I lover her so much, I just can't get enough of her!

ALOHA!! Our Friends Justin & Nicci had a Luau on Saturday! It was so much fun. They always have great parties!!
Everyone was dressed up for the occasion! At least I tried to look a little Hawaiian, Bobby is a party pooper:(

Azlynn had a good time, everyone thought she was so cute! ( I already know that :) )

Statton had a great time he ran around all night. He played on the trampoline, played in the sandbox, and went around eating off of everybody's plate! He got to wear the cute Hawaiian outfit my parents bought him in Hawaii.

~SIMKINS Reunion~ BEAR LAKE!

We finally had a SIMKINS reunion up at Bear Lake this year! I have so many memories from when I was a little girl going up there. It was always such a great time, I'm glad were trying to start the tradition again so my kids will have those memories also.

My Dad rented a Motor Home..... it was so much fun, there was eleven of us that slept in there. Statton was having a ball hanging out in the drivers seat. He figured out how to honk the horn and thought it was hilarious. (Sorry everyone!!)

Magaven doing some cooking! He is always so helpful.

We had to walk so far to even get down to the water..... notice our jacket's and blankets. It wasn't very warm!

Statton was having FUN playing with Mereck's laptop..... I think I need to get him one now! His little baby one doesn't keep him sitting to long.

All the kids had fun playing with Sage, and Remi.... My brother's dog's. My little Texi wasn't lucky enough to come on this trip. Taking care of two kids is hard enough... little lone my high maintenance dog:)

Bobby was the only person who got in the water! It was freezing. All the kids had fun playing in the sand. Notice Statton doesn't have on shorts. For some reason he seriously would not wear any, everyday we went down to the beach he made me take them off. Everyone thinks I need to get him a speedo!!!

My Niece's Cambree, and Capree celebrated there 1st Birthday up there. They got to enjoy a cupcake all to themselves! Happy Birthday Girls!

I always LOVE to sit around a campfire, but Statton didn't seem to understand that it's HOT! He wanted to jump right in.... he has no fear of anything.
We had a great time! Can't wait till we go up there again:)

Thank You!

I was running around like a mad woman tonight, trying to get everything ready for Bear Lake. As I was trying to pack all of our bags, make brownies, water the flowers, feed Azlynn, and take care of a very sick little boy. Statton kept begging for a soda cracker, when I finally decided to look at him (after the 50th MOM) I handed him one. He looked at me with the sweetest face and said Thank You! How sweet is that. It melted my heart. It's the first time he has said it, and it absolutely made my night! It's the small things that make life so great!

Six Years!

Bobby and I celebrated our "SIX" year anniversary on Saturday. We headed up to Park City to stay the night. We went to eat at Baja Cantina..... where we always go every time we go to Park City. We had planned on riding the zip line, which I had been preparing for all week! (I was kinda scared) well, all that worrying didn't do me any good because it was raining so hard it was closed. We weren't able to do much because of the rain. So we went to the outlets, did a little shopping. Then we went back to the room and enjoyed a peaceful quiet night!

We were thinking back on how much has changed in our lives the past couple of years. New jobs, moving right next door to a bigger house, Bobby wrecking my Toyota, loosing Bobby's Mom, and most of all TWO new amazing kids!!! Were absolutely so grateful for all the blessings we have had. We have grown so much together, and can't wait to see what this year will bring us!

Thanks for a great six years! Luv Ya Babe :))

Memorial Day!

We started Memorial Day off by going up to Grandma Ruby's house in Brigham City. She had a nice lunch for us (like she always does). My Dad and Mom were doing some yardwork for her. Then Statton found a football, and of course Grandpa had to start playing with him. While Grandma Ruby and Mom continued working!

After all that we headed to the Brigham City cemetery. Trae (grandpa Harper) is buried there. His headstone looked so good with all the pretty flowers.

Azlynn was sound asleep while we were there!

Tried to get a family picture, but Statton was to busy looking at everything that was going on!

Memorial Day is a great day to get together with your family and visit loved ones who have passed on. I thought about Grandma and Grandpa Simkins, I wish I was closer to where they were buried so I could put flowers on their grave. Grandma and Grandpa Whitener have the honor of being in the Arlington Cemetery, hopefully one day we will be able to visit there. I also thought of the troops who are serving for our country to make it safe for us. They are so brave.
